We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a permanent full-time role based in Whanganui.


This is a unique Contact Centre opportunity for experienced customer service representatives interested in making a difference to the health of New Zealanders. The Contact Centre is the ‘public face' of the Ministry of Health and manages key contact points between the Ministry of Health and its customers. You will operate in a multi-channel environment, and support customers across a wide range of health services providing appropriate information, advice, and education.
