Start the New Year with a new career! We're expanding our team to ensure we are well positioned to deliver on an ambitious, yet exciting work programme in 2018!
A bit about us…
The Ministry of Health is the Government's principal advisor on health and disability policy. Our job is to protect the health of New Zealanders and, through leadership of the health and disability system, we help New Zealanders to live well, stay well and get well. We work with the health and disability sector to manage a programme of work that supports the Government's priorities.
The People and Capability team is made up of Support Services, Capability and Projects, and HRIS/Payroll. Together, we're focused on providing quality operational and strategic HR support, systems, and advice to enable and empower our people leaders to drive transformational outcomes across the NZ health and disability sector.
We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team!
We're looking for a savvy generalist who may be starting to develop an area of expertise. You'll be confident and capable navigating your way through a range of HR issues – from organisational change to complex ER cases.
Your sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation will see you quickly excel in this role, as will your ability to quickly establish, build and maintain strong working relationships and connections between ideas, people and work.
A bit about you…
You'll be pragmatic and have a natural flair for framing up advice and solutions in a customer-centric way. You're collaborative, energetic, and unflappable under pressure. You're a team player who will impress with your can-do attitude and dedication to providing a high level of customer service.
