A bit about us…
The Ministry of Health is the Government's principal advisor on health and disability policy. Our job is to protect the health of New Zealanders and, through leadership of the health and disability system, we help New Zealanders to live well, stay well and get well. We work with the health and disability sector to manage a programme of work that supports the Government's priorities.
The People and Capability team is made up of People Advice and Support, People Development, and HRIS/Payroll. Together, we're focused on providing quality operational and strategic HR support, systems, and advice to enable and empower our people leaders to drive transformational outcomes across the NZ health and disability sector.
The HRIS Team are custodians of people information for the Ministry of Health; we provide a robust HRIS self-service, an end to end payroll service and people reporting and analytics to the business.
We're looking for an all-rounder who knows their way around PS enterprise, a great track-record in providing payroll services and people reporting. You will work collaboratively with others to identify, communicate and implement improvements to all of our processes across team deliverables.

You'll be pragmatic and have a natural flair for framing up advice and solutions in a customer-centric way. You're collaborative, energetic, and unflappable under pressure. You're a team player who will impress with your can-do attitude and dedication to providing a high level of customer service.
