A bit about us…
The Ministry of Health is the Government's principal advisor on health and disability policy. Our job is to protect the health of New Zealanders and, through leadership of the health and disability system, we help New Zealanders to live well, stay well and get well. We work with the health and disability sector to manage a programme of work that supports the Government's priorities.
The People and Capability team is made up of Support Services, Capability and Projects, and HRIS/Payroll. Together, we're focused on providing quality operational and strategic HR support, systems, and advice to enable and empower our people leaders to drive transformational outcomes across the NZ health and disability sector.
We're looking for an OD/L&D Coordinator to join our team!
Offering an opportunity to work in a new and growing team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across our organisational and learning development activities. This will see you working alongside our mixed team of organisational, learning and leadership development specialists.
A busy and varied role, you will work on everything from making sure that travel, venues and facilitators are arranged, to ensuring our intranet and learning management system content is up to date. You'll be involved in providing a thoughtful and considered first point of advice escalating more complex queries to others in the team and coordinating general reports and information gathering.
A bit about you…
You'll be team oriented, with a can-do flexible approach. An ability to juggle competing priorities and a customer-centric focus is essential. An excellent written and verbal communicator, you will used to working to support a team to get things done.
