The Ministry of Health is the Government's principal advisor on health and disability policy. Our job is to protect the health of New Zealanders and, through leadership of the health and disability system, we help New Zealanders to live well, stay well and get well. We work with the health and disability sector to manage a programme of work that supports the Government's priorities.
The People and Capability team is made up of Support Services, Capability and Projects, and HRIS/Payroll. Together, we're focused on providing quality operational and strategic HR support, systems, and advice to enable and empower our people leaders to drive transformational outcomes across the NZ health and disability sector.
We're looking for a Senior Analyst, People Reporting and Analysis to join our team!
The HRIS Team are custodians of people information for the Ministry of Health; we provide a robust HRIS self-service, an end to end payroll service and people reporting and analytics to the business.
We're looking for a savvy reporting analyst who knows how to extract on-point people data/information from our HRIS and create meaningful stories that enable smart business decisions. You will work collaboratively with others across our team and in the business to understand customer needs to ensure that we create smart, informative and trustworthy stories, reports and dashboards. You'll also be comfortable using SQL and working our HR system to script fit-for-purpose business-as-usual and ad-hoc reports.
