We are looking for a multi-skilled Senior Business Advisor to join our Finance and Performance team who is experienced with providing strategic and financial management support and advice to business units.
Your role will be to support senior management with high quality advice, to support and monitor financial measures as well as support the flow of information and management reporting.
To be successful in the role, you will be clever, flexible, resourceful and tenacious. You will have experience in a similar role with the ability to think both operationally and strategically. You will be a strong communicator with first-rate relationship building skills. The ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and effective networks within the organisation is essential.
Appropriate candidates will have a proven competence influencing senior staff and the nous to challenge assumptions on how things are done. You will be joining us at the right time enabling you to contribute to our team culture of the future.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate
Relevant tertiary business qualification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience in medium/large entities.
Common sense with a strong analytical ability.
Admirable relationship building and communication skills.
Extensive experience presenting information for decision making.
