Senior Analyst, Information & Advice Team, Disability Support Services
We have a unique opportunity for you to utilise your analytical skills and contribute to the ongoing development of the DSS through providing insights and reports to support informed decision making directly impacting the quality of lives disabled people.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior analyst to join DSS and assist with the development and delivery of better disability support services.
This role offers you challenging and interesting opportunities to demonstrate your technical, evaluation and communication skills and to develop your knowledge of disability support services at an exciting time, as the system of delivery is being reviewed.
Working with several teams in DSS, you will verify data extract quality and summarise data from various sources, in particular the information collected about the quality of DSS funded services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Analytical skills and information seeking abilities
Demonstrated database skills to process data, develop reports and present information
Ability to understand and interpret information, including impacts and consequences
Knowledge and experience in relevant technology and in using business intelligence tools
Advanced Excel skills
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and competing demands.
