The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal is established under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (HPCA Act). Its purpose is to adjudicate on charges laid against health practitioners.
A vacancy has arisen for a Deputy Chairperson of the Tribunal.
Please note that Deputy Chairperson applicants are required to be an enrolled Barrister or Solicitor of the High Court, with a minimum of seven years' practice. If you are in doubt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to determine your eligibility.

A covering letter, detailing your/the nominee's experience that is relevant to the HPDT and why the position is of interest to them
