We are seeking high energy, diligent, and experienced, Manager to lead our OIA Services team within the Office of the Director General of Health.
The Office of the Director General provides support for the Director General of Health and has responsibility for the effective and efficient management of communications and government services.
The aim of our team is enhancing the delivery of our services through consistently driving and demonstrating the Spirit of Service in process improvement, productivity enhancement, internal and external customer service.
The OIA services team manages and executes a centralised service for all OIAs activities across the Ministry, and leads work on proactive release.
We are looking for a Manager to lead and direct the team with a focus on delivery a high priority programme of work. This person needs to show experience in delivering a work programme efficiently, effectively and to a high standard. They will have a deep understanding of OIA statutory regulations and legislations, strong professional networks and connections that enable them to provide robust high level analysis, evaluation, and advice on OIAs.
As a leader within the Office of the Director General Team you will have the opportunity to influence process design, contribute to continuous improvement, and to contribute to the training and development of staff from across the Ministry.
