We are looking for a Support Officer who has strong Accounts Payable experience to join our friendly Financial Processing Team.
Financial Processing is a team within the Financial Advice and Control Business Unit. This Business Unit is responsible for ensuring effective and accurate financial processing, providing financial advice and support, financial management and reporting, accounting and financial applications development and support across the Ministry.
The key responsibility of the Support Officer, is to provide support for the efficient functioning of the Ministry through processing accounts payable invoices and expense payments in an accurate and timely manner.
Familiarity with Oracle Financials would be an advantage. The role will report directly to the Lead Financial Processing.
To be successful in the role you will;
Have good knowledge of Staff reimbursement.
Processing of creditors invoices.
Provide good service to customers both internal and external
Be able to multitask and prioritise your time.
Work well in a Team environment
Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
