Project Coordinator Air Ambulance
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to support the Air Ambulance Project in the National Ambulance Sector Office (NASO). NASO is a partnership between the Ministry of Health and ACC to commission road and air ambulances. Experience at problem solving and with strong organisational skills, your professionalism and adaptability will be key to this important role. We require someone with a strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
The Programme Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the manager, senior project manager and team members in a busy and dynamic environment.
To be successful in this position you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop, maintain and improve project and team operational systems (tracking, monitoring, reporting)
Working knowledge of project administration or coordination
Ability to manage your own workload, anticipate issues and proactively resolve them
Ability to develop and maintain functional and effective working relationships at all levels
Computer savvy including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel and ideally Lotus Notes
Previous successful experience in a project coordination or administrative support role is desirable
