We are seeking a high energy and diligent Ministerial Advisor to join our team in the Ministerial Services team, part of the Office of the Director-General of Health. This is a fixed term opportunity until December 2019 and based in Wellington CBD.
Our team drafts responses to correspondence on behalf of a range of key stakeholders ensuring these responses are appropriate for the audience, timely and accurate.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent communication skills.
Proven experience writing formal documents.
The ability to manage workloads.
A track record of meeting deadlines.
Great relationship management skills.
Strong client focus and prioritisation skills.
