Are you an enthusiastic natural administrator, self-motivated, deadline-driven, superstar with a can-do attitude.
We have a kaitiaki role across the Ministry – protecting and looking after our organisation so we have great people, processes and technology.
The Executive Assistant will provide professional high quality, timely support to our Chief Technology Officer. You will be actively collaborating and enaging with colleagues inside and outside the Minsitry as part of your job.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, organised, effective time manager who is passionate about helping people. As a savvy operator you'll be able to build relationships to get things done. You'll be part of the broader management team, attend meetings and take minutes, capturing key points for action. A keen eye and ear for attention to detail is important in this role. You will really enjoy being our ‘go to' person, supporting the leadership team and wider group with queries relating to administrative responsibiliites. No day is the same, so you will need to be comfortable to work at pace and manage a variety of activities to help the team achieve its team goals.
