We are looking for Advisors to come on board within the Government Services Group.
To be successful in one of these roles you will:
build collaborative and positive relationships
contribute to work in the Government Services Group
be comfortable working in a reactive, fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgement.
There is a lot of exciting work happening within the Government Services Group to support the Minister of Health and Associate Ministers of Health carry out their machinery of government / democratic functions.
We are looking for new and experienced Advisors to join us in either the - Official Information Act or Ministerial Correspondence teams.
Advisors are responsible for:
processing a fluid caseload of OIA requests from start to finish for the Ministry and our Ministers
writing Ministerial responses for Ministers and drafting correspondence for Deputy Director-Generals.
You will have good organisational skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. You will bring a can-do attitude, an attention to detail, and an ability to work to deadlines. A tertiary qualification is desired but not necessary.
