The Team Leader Services Centre is responsible for leading a high performing team of 9 direct reports to deliver high quality, efficient and reliable 1st level support services to the Ministry's 2000+ people across the organisation and connectivity to the health sector. You will also be responsible for delivery key services to our internal including the management of onboarding offboarding and training new ministry staff. You will provide strong technical leadership and direction, developing the skills and capabilities within the team, and will strive to improve support services. Your focus will be towards modernising the way the team is working which is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about the adoption of IT modernisation and building a flexible team of cross skilled staff. You will support the implementation of the new Enterprise Service management tool and help drive the team to become an exemplar in IT Support Services.
This newly established role will be part of the Ministry ICT Services Centre Leadership Team, reporting to the Manager, Services Centre.
