Job Description
- Opportunity for people with an interest in health to contribute to the reformed health system
- Interesting and varied role providing support to a Group Manager and the wider team
- Wellington or Auckland based permanent position
The Primary, Community and Rural team within the Commissioning arm of Health New Zealand are looking for a great person to provide support to the Group Manager responsible for Primary and Community care.
We are looking for people who are interested in working in a team focused on improving health care for New Zealanders, are highly organised, a good team player, flexible in your approach and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is not necessary to be considered for this role. You may be looking for an entry level role into a fast paced environment that needs people with a commitment to doing good work.

We are looking an Executive Assistant to support the team to deliver on an ambitious work programme.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the group
We need people who can hit the ground running, be flexible in their approach as we go through a period of change, are interested in the delivery of high quality health care to New Zealanders and are keen to be part of setting up processes and systems for this new organisation.

While you may not be an EA, you may be a recent graduate or an experienced administrator with a passion for health and a commitment to making a difference.

- Ability to manage relationships across all levels of an organisation
