Job Description
The Primary and Community Health Policy team is responsible for leading a team of policy analysts in the provision of robust policy advice to improve outcomes for New Zealanders.
As Manager, you will effectively manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities whilst fostering strategic relationships with stakeholders (including other government agencies and health leaders), as well as:
- Lead programmes of work to deliver on the Government's and Ministry priorities and objectives
- Lead the development, planning and implementation of specific strategies, report on progress and ensure objectives are achieved
- Ensure the quality of work produced by the team is of a high standard and is delivered in a timely manner
This role is band 20G with a midpoint of $162,129, appointing salary dependent on individual skills and experience. This role is fixed term until November 2025, the intended start date is 27 January.
