- Midpoint of $90,892 dependent on experience

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering meaningful programmes that support the wellbeing of Aotearoa. - Support programme delivery by helping monitor and evaluate key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate project planning and reporting using Agile and PMP methodologies to track progress and outcomes.
- Create and manage project artefacts such as reports, presentations, and proposals that inform decision-making.
- Drive team efficiency by supporting sprints, stand-ups, and providing administrative support across the project lifecycle.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, using sound judgment to keep project streams on track and stakeholders informed.
Ko ngā pūkenga ōu - What you'll bring
- Agile certification is ideal
- Knowledge and experience in both agile and Prince 2 tools and methodologies such as Jira, Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to provide strong coordination support across complex digital projects
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ability to use initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Excellent relationship management skills – able to establish, build and maintain respectful, effective working relationships with all stakeholders to accomplish goals
